Slipway was built in 1964 as an Airstrip and while from time to time it served that purpose well, in late (2005) it realised a far greater purpose.

The surface was preped and sealed and is now used by a host of clubs from motorbikes to karting, car clubs, and drifting enthusiasts.

Slipway allows drivers and riders to test their skills in a safe low-speed environment.
